Returns

  • You have 3 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer
  • Use tracked shipping and keep the tracking number

Refunds

  • Processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • You’ll get a confirmation email once processed

Exchanges

  • Processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item
  • We’ll send tracking once your exchange ships

No Returns For:

  • Customized kits (e.g. names/numbers) – no refunds
    • We may offer a discounted replacement kit
  • Used, stained, or tagless items

Lost Returns & Customs

  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels
  • If a return is rejected due to customs fees, these will be deducted from your refund
