Refund and Returns Policy
At Cave Jersey, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Returns
- You have 3 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange
 - Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached
 - Return shipping is paid by the buyer
 - Use tracked shipping and keep the tracking number
 
Refunds
- Processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return
 - Refunded to your original payment method
 - You’ll get a confirmation email once processed
 
Exchanges
- Processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item
 - We’ll send tracking once your exchange ships
 
No Returns For:
- Customized kits (e.g. names/numbers) – no refunds
- We may offer a discounted replacement kit
 
 - Used, stained, or tagless items
 
Lost Returns & Customs
- We are not responsible for lost return parcels
 - If a return is rejected due to customs fees, these will be deducted from your refund
